Determination of the Number of Stem Cells Released Following the Consumption of STEMREGEN Release: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Crossover Trial
Investigators: Christian Drapeau, MSc; Mira Gadzala, PhD; et al. — STEMREGEN Clinical Investigation & Institutional Review Board (2021)
Research Affiliation: STEMREGEN Research Laboratories & Independent Clinical Consortium
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial was conducted in human volunteers to determine the kinetics and magnitude of adult stem cell release following oral consumption of STEMREGEN Release. Blood samples were collected at baseline (t=0), 60 min, 120 min, 180 min, and 240 min. Changes in circulating CD34+ and CD133+ progenitor cell populations were quantified via multi-color flow cytometry, controlled against circadian baseline variations.
